Olivia Mead (Izabela Vidovic) has one wish this Christmas, that her single mom, Melinda Mead (Teri Polo), would find a man she could call dad. Olivia and all her classmates soon find the key to answering all of their Christmas wishes within a mysterious abandoned house. Inside the house is Elsie Waybright (Della Reese), the Christmas Angel.

Elsie tried to teach Olivia that some requests must be left up to God. As Christmas draws near, Olivia gets an unwelcomed answer, the suspicious Dr. Nathan Davis (Kevin Sorbo). This Christmas, will Elsie be able to teach Olivia and her friends to trust in God?
