Pick your temperature and follow the preparation instructions (included with order). It's filled with all-natural grains and a French lavender scent for a calming aromatherapy experience. Use it to soothe sore muscles and joints, stay warm on a cold night, or have a relaxing aromatherapy session. Do not machine wash or submerse in water. Clean surface with a damp rag. Discard if damaged.

Aside from peak seasons, most orders will ship within 2-3 business days and tracking is provided via email when the order is given to the carrier. Delivery usually takes an additional 3-4 business days, and some locations can take longer for the carrier to complete delivery.
