Mardel’s traditional custom imprinting process starts when we pick the letters or numbers by hand in either script or block font to be imprinted on the Bible cover. Each word is carefully checked for accuracy then slid into the imprint machine. We choose the best placement on the Bible cover for the imprint based on the design of the Bible and our experience with the material. We also select the foil color that is best suited for your product. Smaller Bibles with snap flaps are imprinted on the flap. Next we place a small sheet of colorful foil next to the imprint machine. Once the sheet of colored foil and the lettering of the Bible or book cover is in place, we pull a lever down to embed the sheet into the cover with your message. The finished product is carefully reviewed and approved. This is sometimes even prayed over before the imprinting process is completed!
