The Floor is Lava Game, 2 to 6 Players, Ages 5 & Older

The floor is lava! You may have heard that line before when you were young. It was your call to jump from furniture to furniture, or step on pillows and cushions to trek around the room. Now you can introduce the game to a whole new generation, with this prepared way to play.

Designate one person to hold the spinner and shout the commands. Lay the foam tiles all over the floor. When you are ready to play the spinner shouts, "The Floor Is Lava!" Then it's time for all players to stand on a tile for a safe spot. The spinner flicks the spinner to find a safe color, when the color is called, everyone has to rush to that color tile. The last player to reach a tile has their original tile removed by the spinner. Careful, don't step in lava, or you are out. The last player left standing wins.
