Session One: Introduction (10:37)—Kelly introduces the study on spiritual disciplines and reminds us that these spiritual habits are foundational to our faith and provide fellowship with the living God.
Session Two: Study (28:28)—Kelly focuses her teaching on the discipline of Bible study. 
Session Three: Pray (36:15)—Prayer is the focus. 
Session Four: Express (36:39) —Kelly discusses the story of the woman who washes Jesus feet with her tears in Luke 7 to teach us about the discipline of worship.
Session Five: Quiet (36:28) —Quieting our hearts before God. 
Session Six: Simplify (29:07) —Kelly walks through Jesus' teaching in Matthew 6.
Session Seven: Engage (40:20)—Kelly focuses on how we are to engage with each other in the body of Christ.
