Description

Avalee Elvis is able to fix just about anything... except her past. As the owner of Lowcountry Lost, Avalee spends her days in hot-pink Carhartt overalls and a tool belt making neglected properties whole again. Restoring these places soothes the hurt in her soul.

Her latest project leads her to Somewhere, South Carolina, a long-abandoned town, and meets the man she never wished to see again: Rowan Murray, a structural engineer who had endured a tragedy with Avalee six years ago.

As they work together to restore the town, their pain that once consumed them begins to lose its grip, and they both wonder if it's not too late for a restoration of their own.

Lowcountry Lost!

“Cell phones carry 10 times more bacteria than most toilet seats.” Quite an interesting first line that leads the reader to Somewhere, SC—a tiny ghost town where not only a home is being flipped, but the entire town is being restored! Awesome read!
