The Last Supper Framed Linen Wall Art, 17 x 13 inches

The Last Supper Framed Linen Wall Art is an illustration that reimagines da Vinci's famous artwork of the same name. Both pieces share similar compositions. The viewer is situated in the middle of the room, most of the disciples sit on the same side of the table, and Jesus is positioned at the table's center and framed by an open window.

However, in this version, the lighting from the window radiates from the center of the frame, where Jesus is, and casts a warm, golden glow over the group. In this painting it acts as both the light from the sun and the life-giving light from God's Son. 

As well as a lighting and locale change, the disciples' behavior is different from da Vinci's artwork. Da Vinci's work captures the disciples' reactions after Jesus tells them that one of them will betray Him. This new rendition captures the same moment, but every disciple is focused on Jesus, not discussing the revelation with each other.
